Small Onion Tomato Chutney
Shallots - 35-40
Tomato - 3 medium
Garlic - 10 cloves
Red chillies - 5 (Adjust according to spice)
Oil for Sauteing

To Temper:
Oil - 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
Urad dal - 1/4 tsp
Curry leaves - 6-7

Instructions:
1. Add oil to a hot pan and add in the shallots and garlic.
2. Once the onion is half cooked, add red chillies and tomatoes.
3. Cover and cook for 10 mins in low flame
4. Cool the mixture completely and grind it to a chutney consistency adding salt.
5. Temper the chutney using the ingredients in the To Temper table.
