Simple Kaara Chutney
Ingredients:
Garlic - 20 cloves
Red chillies - 10 Nos
Tomato - 1 medium
Gingely oil - 3 tbsp
Salt - as required
To Temper:
Oil - 2 tsp
Mustard - 1/4 tsp
Urad Dal - 1/4 tsp
Channa Dal - 1/4 tsp
Curry leaves - 1 sprig
Instructions:
1. Add Garlic, red chillies, tomato, salt in a mixer. Blend it till smooth
2. Heat 3 tbsp of oil in a pan, add the ground paste and cook for 10 mins, stirring in between
3. Temper the chutney with the items in the To Temper table
